A horse of course…..

….or maybe several is what lead us to our potential new construction client meeting last night in Sussex County, Delaware. ( BTW, thanks to Carolyn Rash of Keller Williams Realty for the referral) We met with some great folks last night who, after their "Day Job", use their horses to work with kids who need help with many types of issues. They are looking to expand their Equine Therapy business and have some land they would like to build on. Last night when we were on our way to the meeting at 7pm (!) we were giving ourselves the usual speech of "Let's get this going so we can get home, I'm tired, blah, blah, blah" and as usual we end up leaving our meeting saying, "Gee those were nice people, it was really great talking with them and getting acquainted with them, wasn't it?"  This is what we love to do though: Get in on the beginning of a project and help from ground up to roof top. Don't get me wrong, we will jump in and help with new construction in Delaware at any point, but it's just fun to guide clients through what can be an intimidating process and hopefully help them squeeze every last dollar they can out of their construction budget. Will post if we end up with the job…fingers crossed!! (or hooves, maybe?!?)
